César Augusto Ruiz Vergara has extensive experience in the technology and education sectors, currently serving as Jefe de proyectos, Analista de sistemas, and Desarrollador web at Panamericana Televisión since November 2011. Additionally, César has held the position of Jefe de práctica at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú since March 2009 and worked as a Programador at Novatronic from January 2010 to August 2011. Early career experience includes a role as Practicante at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, providing technical support for the PUCP Library System. César holds a degree in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a postgraduate degree in Innovation and Technology Management from the same institution.
