Takako Ogawa is the Head of Japan at Panalyt. Takako was previously a Sr. Project Manager, Strategy & Ops - Hiring Innovation at Google from April 2015 to July 2018. In this role, they led a hardware initiative across Google's 25 major operating sites globally for an interview time-savings initiative, managed 7 project members, 20+ stakeholder groups, vendor negotiations/ management, and half a million $ project budget. Takako was also responsible for constructing global interviewer program including: interviewer training, evaluation, feedback ecosystem, tracking, and recognition. Additionally, they led the PM for a work-in-progress $1.5M two year Job Analysis project which builds infrastructure for Google's hiring, perf, and training philosophy.
Before their role in Hiring Innovation, Takako was the Learning & Development Program Manager - APAC at Google from September 2012 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for training/coaching recruiting teams on creating a better experience for candidates (and Googlers) based on data and research. Prior to that, they were the Projects and Analytics Specialist - APAC at Google from January 2011 to September 2012.
Takako Ogawa reports to Daniel J West, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Iwani Zoë Mawocha - UI/UX Lead, Ronen Lamdan - Go To Market Advisor, and Yoshi Ogawa - Director of Finance.
