Melisa Jones has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing industry. Melisa is currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Pan-n-Ice since 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Teads, including Head of Marketing for the UK & Netherlands from 2021 to 2023. Melisa also worked as a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Assistant at Teads from 2017 to 2021. Melisa served as an Advisory Board Member at Media For All [MEFA] from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they co-founded Tea & Me in 2020. Furthermore, they gained experience as an AV Trading Executive at Zenith from 2015 to 2017 and as a Marketing Intern at Dojo App in 2014. Melisa began their career as a Digital Marketing Intern at News UK in 2014.

Melisa Jones earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business from Westminster Kingsway College, completing it from 2010 to 2012. In 2015, they also obtained a certificate in Direct and Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM).
