Kim Spiller is currently the Billing Manager at PAN Communications since October 2006. Prior to this, Kim worked at TD as a Branch Supervisor from July 1999 to September 2005. Kim holds an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from Middlesex Community College, attained between 1995 and 1998.
