Carlos Palou has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Financial Systems and Control Manager at Pan American Silver Corp. since June 2019, where responsibilities include finance leadership for JDE implementations and user security maintenance. Previously, Carlos held positions at Yamana Gold Inc., including Finance & Administration Manager for Argentina Operations, overseeing multiple entities and serving as the main contact for internal and external audits. Other roles include Regional Cost Specialist at John Deere Water and various positions at Plastro Argentina SA, where Carlos was involved in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management. Carlos earned a CPA degree from Universidad Católica de Cuyo between 1994 and 2000.
