Heru Asbi Rahmanda is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as a Drilling & Blasting Technical at Pamapersada Nusantara since June 2019. Responsibilities include designing and implementing drill and blast operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring alignment with Mineplan Engineering on drilling and blasting plans. Heru also prepares detailed reports and monitors costs to meet financial targets. Prior to this role, Heru participated in a Fresh Graduate Development Program focusing on productivity enhancement and safety management in operational divisions. Earlier experience includes an internship at PT Bukit Asam Tbk, where geological data collection and analysis were conducted. Heru holds a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta.
