Todd den Engelsen MBA, FCPHR, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership, human resources, and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Tahltan Nation Development Corporation since January 2024, Todd has previously held significant roles at Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. as Director of Corporate Services and at Hub International Insurance Brokers as Commercial Account Executive. With a decade-long history at David Thompson Health Region as Senior Labour Relations Consultant, Todd possesses deep expertise in labor relations, conflict resolution, and strategic planning. An active contributor to various boards, Todd has held leadership positions in organizations such as the Petroleum Services Association of Canada and the Human Resources Institute of Alberta. Todd earned an MBA from Royal Roads University and has a diverse educational background including studies at Canadian Bible College and Red Deer Polytechnic.
