Deni Moes Dwi Prakoso is an accomplished professional in information technology with extensive experience in service delivery and team leadership. Currently serving as the Information Technology Service Group Leader at Pamapersada Nusantara since February 2019, Deni is responsible for managing a team, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently, and optimizing service processes to align IT with business goals. Previously, Deni held the position of Information Technology Officer, focusing on network performance and data center operations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Desktop Support Engineer at Kalimantan Jaya Utama Nusantara, where Deni excelled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Deni holds an Ahli Madya (A.M.d) degree in Information Technology from Politeknik Negeri Malang and has a High School diploma in Computer Software Engineering from SMK Telkom Malang.
