Autumn Nickel has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Autumn began their career as a Manager of Market Development and Social Services Director at Extendicare Inc. in 2014. Autumn then worked as a Business Development Coordinator at Brookdale from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Campus Director of Admissions and Marketing at Atrium Health & Senior Living. In 2018, they held the position of Regional Marketing Manager at Eden Senior Care, LLC for a brief period of time. Autumn later worked as an Account Executive at Ascension At Home from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Community Resource Liaison at Aspirus. Most recently, starting in December 2023, Autumn has been working as the Director of Strategy and Integration at PAM Health.

Autumn Nickel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the years 2009 to 2013. Autumn also holds a Social Work License from the State of Wisconsin, which they obtained in 2013.
