Vitalii Tsytsulin has extensive work experience as a senior software developer. Vitalii started their career at Parallels in 2007 and worked there until 2015. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Odin as a senior software developer. In 2016, they joined PAM as a senior software developer and later became the innovations team lead from 2017 to 2018. Vitalii also worked at Mediabank Pty Ltd as a senior software developer from 2016 to 2017.

Vitalii Tsytsulin pursued their education from 2003 to 2007 at Novosibirsk State University (NSU), where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Software Development. Additionally, in November 2010, they obtained the Zend Certified Engineer certification from Zend Technologies Ltd.
