Scott Ellingboe has extensive experience in the field of IT and systems administration. Scott has worked in various roles across multiple companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1997, Ellingboe worked as an Associate Customer Engineer at Entex Information Services, where they provided system administration support and conducted laptop rollouts and migrations for clients such as Blue Cross Blue Shield and Norwest Bank.

From 1998 to 2001, they served as a Network Administrator at MAPPCOR, where they were responsible for client and server support, backup administration, and implementing best practices for a more stable infrastructure.

In 2002, Ellingboe became a Sr. Systems Engineer at Midwest ISO, where they supported and administered the Microsoft Windows domain that they had previously designed and built with MAPPCOR.

From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Open Access Technologies International, providing server support in a 24/7 environment.

Starting in 2005, Ellingboe joined Optum as a Systems Management Analyst, playing a crucial role in the VMware infrastructure implementation for the Ingenix datacenter. Scott remained with Optum until 2019.

In 2019, they took on the role of IT Systems Administrator at MME group Inc, and later transitioned to the position of Lead Cloud Administrator at Palomar Specialty Insurance Company. In these roles, they were responsible for managing cloud platforms, server administration, implementing Azure services, and supporting various applications.

Overall, Ellingboe's expertise lies in managing cloud environments, server administration, implementing and supporting various software and hardware systems, and providing excellent IT support for various companies.

Scott Ellingboe obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer and Digital Technology from Dunwoody College of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Scott also holds various certifications from Sumo Logic, including Sumo Logic Certified: Administration, Sumo Logic Certified: Fundamentals, Sumo Logic Certified: Search Mastery, and Sumo Logic Certified: Security Analytics, all of which were obtained in February 2020. Additionally, they are certified as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019 and has multiple VMware certifications, including VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) in 2012, VMware Certified Professional 3 (VCP3) in 2010, and VMware Certified Professional 4 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP4-DCV) in 2010.
