Jeremy Dickey currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Palomar Insurance Corporation, where responsibilities include standardizing and expediting internal systems and improving contingency planning for various insurance programs. With over 20 years of experience in the United States Air Force, Jeremy held multiple leadership roles, including Chief of Wing Flight Safety and Chief Pilot in various squadrons, where oversight of safety programs, flight operations, and training for large teams of personnel were key functions. Jeremy holds a Master's degree in Business Management & Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi State University.
