Violeta Stamnova Miletic has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as the Customer Service Representative Manager at Palo Alto Networks since May 2013. In this role, Violeta mentors team members across the APAC and EMEA regions, facilitates onboarding for new hires, and oversees customer support initiatives. Prior to this, Violeta worked as a Customer and Sales Specialist at Asseco South Eastern Europe, focusing on building client relationships, managing B2B sales, and serving as a Product Manager for Cisco products. Violeta began professional career at Macedonian Business Systems, providing first-level ERP support and communicating customer needs to technical teams. Violeta holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunications from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
