Tim Junio currently serves as Senior Vice President of Products for Cortex at Palo Alto Networks, a position held since December 2020. Prior to this role, Tim Junio co-founded and led Expanse as CEO until its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks in December 2020. Tim Junio's experience also includes positions as a Cybersecurity Fellow at Stanford University, Consultant at DARPA, Assistant for Strategic Analysis at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Tim Junio holds a Postdoctoral degree from Stanford University, a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts, both from The Johns Hopkins University.
