Danny Barrett is an experienced professional in customer support and technical support delivery, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Support Delivery at Palo Alto Networks since June 2015. Prior to this role, Danny held the position of Senior Director of Global Technical Support at Virtual Instruments from June 2012 to June 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Network Consulting Engineering at Dell Force10 Networks, Senior Director of Customer Support at Silver Spring Networks, and Senior Director of Worldwide Support at Brocade. Danny began the career in technical support management at Bay Networks and Nortel Networks, both from 1992 to 2002. Danny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
