Sue W. Chan currently serves as the Head of Marketing and VP at Settle since April 2023 and is a Board Member of the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation. Previous roles include Head of Product Marketing at Affirm, Sr. Director of Consumer Product Marketing at PayPal, and Director of Digital Marketing at Pandora. As the Founder of Miraiko, an online store for design-centric children's products made in Japan, Sue also held significant marketing positions at HTC, Amazon, Edelman, and Intel, focusing on integrated marketing strategies. Sue W. Chan holds an MBA in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and has studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science and Wellesley College.
