Maureen John is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as Channel Operations Manager at PalmPay since November 2022, Maureen focuses on assisting users with technical issues related to payments. Prior to this role, Maureen worked at Access Bank Plc for three years, where responsibilities included validating reports and maintaining Point of Sale (PoS) terminals. Maureen's career began at Nigerian Breweries Plc as an Administrative Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Cybersecurity from Nexford University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ajayi Crowther University, and an OND/Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
