Wade Kennard has over 29 years of comprehensive experience in the construction and development industry, currently serving in land development and vertical construction operations at Palmetto Corp since January 2012. Previous roles include Owner and Operations Manager at Main Street Building Company, where oversight of daily operations and construction functions was paramount. Prior to that, Wade served as Construction Manager at Centex Homes, leading extensive construction operations with a team of over 30 employees. Wade's early career includes ownership and operations management at Northern Construction, Inc., and a formative role as Assistant Manager at Walmart. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Liberty University and a BSBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
