Mitch Steffens has a solid background in investment banking and financial planning. Mitch started as a Valuation Analyst at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. and progressed to Senior Associate, where they specialized in business valuation and litigation support services. Mitch then moved on to roles at Capital One, Kaufman Hall, and Baird before becoming the Vice President of Investment Banking at Palm Tree LLC.

Mitch Steffens graduated from Michigan State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2014, they obtained a Bloomberg Certification from Bloomberg LP and a Series 79 certification from FINRA.
