Michael Matthews has over a decade of management experience in the home sales industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Palm Harbor Homes since 2018, overseeing the Burleson, Texas sales center with responsibilities in hiring, training, and team development. Previously, as General Manager at Titan Factory Direct Homes from 2013 to 2017, Michael transformed an underperforming sales center into a top performer in the state and facilitated significant income growth for sales associates. Starting with a successful sales career, Michael achieved remarkable sales milestones and earned a promotion to Sales Manager in 2015.
