Matt Palm possesses extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as Partner and General Manager at Palm Facility Services since 2007. In this role, Matt oversees all operational functions, including the management and support of service delivery teams, sales, and budgeting. Notable achievements include the creation of The Palm Way, a high-performance cleaning system aimed at enhancing productivity through innovative training and custom scope design. Previous roles include General Manager at Allstate Building Services, where Matt ensured compliance with customer specifications for the Architect of the Capitol, and Site Supervisor at J & B Cleaning Services, managing operations for the Capitol Police Headquarters.
