Jorge M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and facility services consulting, currently serving as the Director of Company Operations at Palm Facility Services since June 2010. Jorge has held various leadership roles, including Project Manager and Strategic Partner at Talent2Win USA, and served as EOC and Oversight Director for Plant Operations at UHS. Additional experience includes managing Barrel Oak Winery and Brewery and serving as a RealtorĀ® at Cathedral Realty. Jorgeā€™s career in club management includes significant roles such as General Manager/COO at Lakewood Country Club and Washington Golf and Country Club, alongside a noteworthy contribution as Co-Chairman of the NCCMA Golf Club Classic Tournament, benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Educationally, Jorge holds an MBA in International Hospitality from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, along with degrees in Commercial Real Estate, English, and Financial Management.
