Prior to this role, Herb Palm served as Senior Vice President for ISS Facility Services in the Mid-Atlantic Region from 1994 to 2001, and held significant positions at Charles E. Smith Companies and Oliver T. Carr Company between 1983 and 1994. Educational background includes attendance at Gonzaga College High School and Belmont Abbey College.
