Steve Posti currently serves as a Research Librarian at the Palm Beach County Library System, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Steve gained experience in sales operations at eGroup and Claritas, where responsibilities included assisting sales teams with product selection, order entry, contract generation, and sales forecasting for a market research firm. From April 2005 to July 2018, Steve was the Research Manager at Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, providing quantitative and qualitative market research and managing a customer service staff. Earlier career highlights include serving as PostFacts Manager at The Palm Beach Post from 1997 to 2003, where research was provided for a profit center. Steve holds a BA in English from Kent State University and a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of South Florida.
