Michael A. Groover, MBA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Palm Beach County Food Bank since August 2021 and is the Owner of CloudTaxService, which provides affordable tax preparation and personal consulting services since July 2016. Previously, Michael held roles including Director of Community and Business Development and Financial Analyst at America's Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia, as well as Tax Consultant at Sanks Income Tax, where corporate and individual income tax returns were prepared. Additional experience includes serving as Financial Administrator at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia, and Staff Accountant/Auditor at Caines, Hodges, Pace, & Co, P.C. Michael began career as Assistant Controller at HMSHost. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Accounting from Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University and degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from South University.
