Victor Salafatinos has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as the State Sales Manager at Palm Bay International since February 2019. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of District Manager at Terlato Wines International for over 23 years. Earlier career experience includes sales positions at Pacific Wine Company and a professional basketball career in the Greek League from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, Victor managed It's Greek To Me Restaurant from 1987 to 1990. Victor holds a degree from Loyola University Chicago, earned between 1983 and 1987.
