Shane Hamm is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at Palm Bay International since January 2023, Shane previously held multiple roles at Constellation Brands from April 2004 to September 2022, including Sales Director for South/West Texas and Sales Director for Key Accounts in Texas. In these positions, Shane oversaw field sales teams, collaborated with distributor management, and ensured the execution of marketing plans to drive sales growth. Earlier in the career at Glazer's Distributors, Shane advanced from Sales Representative to District Manager and managed key accounts for the HEB chain in Texas. Shane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
