Max Raupach has a strong background in customer success and support, having held several leadership positions such as Head of Customer Success at Pallon and portagon, as well as Head of Customer Support and Senior Account Manager at gastromatic. Prior to these roles, Max served as a Brand Coach for adidas at cip marketing GmbH and worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Axonic Informationssysteme GmbH. Max's educational foundation includes studies at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2009 to 2013 and at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences from January 2014 to December 2016.
