Jim O'Brien currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Palletized Trucking Inc., a position held since May 2024, after previously serving as Executive Vice President from June 2014 to May 2024. In these roles, O'Brien focused on driving business process improvements and cost controls across various operational areas, including IT and transportation. Prior to this, O'Brien founded Strategy Inc., a consulting firm that assisted small to mid-size companies across diverse industries in enhancing profitability and operational efficiency from 2008 to 2014. O'Brien holds an MBA in Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from the University of South Alabama.
