Andrew Gelb has a diverse work experience in various industries and positions. Andrew is currently the Director of Operations at PLM Companies since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Plant Production Manager at the same company from July 2022 to March 2023. Before joining PLM Companies, Gelb worked at Vi-Jon as a Supply Planning Coordinator and Master Scheduler from January 2019 to July 2022. Andrew also has military experience with the Air National Guard, where they held the position of Systems Flight Chief since January 2019. Gelb served in the United States Air Force from 2017 to 2019, first as Quality Assurance from February 2018 to January 2019 and then as Shift Supervisor from February 2017 to February 2018. Andrew was an Area Team Lead in the Air National Guard from February 2012 to February 2017. In their earlier career, Gelb served in the United States Air Force as an Instructor for the Munitions Apprentice Course from September 2008 to December 2011. Andrew also served as a Conventional Maintenance Bay Chief from March 2004 to September 2008 and as a Storage Dispatch from December 2002 to March 2004.

Andrew Gelb has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Southern University. Andrew also holds two Associate's degrees from the Community College of the Air Force - one in Education and another in Munitions Systems. Additionally, Gelb has completed coursework in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician at the Community College of the Air Force.
