Lucy Cummins is an experienced IT Project Manager currently working at PALLAS since November 2023. Previously, Lucy held roles at Apple as a Business Process Re-Engineer from June 2022 to May 2023 and from January 2021 to September 2021. In addition to a position as a Sales Receptionist at Womens Fitness Cork from October 2021 to June 2022, Lucy founded Lulu’s Bits and worked as a Sales Assistant at Holland and Barrett SEA from January 2020 to November 2020. Other experiences include student entrepreneurship with Student Inc. in June 2019, and a retail associate position at Home Focus at Hickeys in 2016. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Munster Technological University, obtained between 2018 and 2022, as well as a Leaving Certificate from Coláiste an Phiarsaigh, completed in 2018.
