Nick Turvey serves as Counsel at Pallas Partners LLP since February 2022, recognized by Legal 500 as a Key Lawyer in Banking Litigation. With extensive experience in complex financial disputes, sovereign debt matters, and contentious insolvencies, Nick has successfully led high-stakes proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court, as well as in significant ICC and LCIA arbitrations. Previously, Nick held the Counsel position at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where involvement in high-profile arbitrations included representation of investment fund equity holders and advisory roles for sovereign and investment funds. Earlier career experience includes significant litigation work at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Bingham McCutchen, focusing on commercial banking and insolvency disputes. Nick has a solid educational background with degrees from UCL, Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, University of Nottingham, and BPP Law School.
