Milton Rafael De Leon Quinones currently serves as the Food and Beverage Manager at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts since November 2021. Previously, Milton held the position of Director Of Food And Beverage at San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel from November 2019 to December 2021 and worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at Karisma Hotels & Resorts from October 2017 to October 2019. Additional experience includes roles such as Assistant F&B Manager at Hotel Azul Sensatori By Karisma, Gerente de Alimentos y Bebidas at Santo Domingo Country Club, and Food Beverage Manager at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. Milton has extensive experience in operational and financial management within food and beverage departments, having contributed to the successful openings of multiple establishments. Milton holds a degree in Industrial Management with a specialization in Administration from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, earned between 1990 and 1995.
