S.M. Faridul Haque is a seasoned professional in gender and inclusive development, currently serving as a Gender and Inclusive Development Advisor at Palladium: Make It Possible since September 2024. Previous roles include Gender and Youth Inclusion Specialist at the International Fertilizer Development Center, and Gender and Social Inclusion Specialist at Chemonics International. S.M. Faridul Haque has extensive experience in gender integration strategies, having worked as a Gender Specialist at WorldFish, where strategies for gender integration in aquaculture and value chain development were developed. Additional roles include Gender and Communication Manager at the Gender and Water Alliance - Bangladesh and Technical Coordinator for Women Empowerment and Education at CARE Bangladesh, where collaboration and capacity building were key focuses. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies, an MSS in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Women and Gender Studies from the same university.
