Carlos Avila is a seasoned professional in health financing, currently serving as the Director of Health Financing at Palladium: Make It Possible since February 2018. Prior to this role, Carlos spent six years as a Senior Health Economist at Abt Associates from January 2012 to January 2018. Carlos holds a Doctor of Science degree from Harvard University, where education was completed between 1991 and 1995.
