Michael Kasper has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.
Michael began their career in 2006 as a Guest Service Representative at Marriott International and later served as an Operations Intern at a Hilton Head resort property, where they contributed to achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
In 2009, they returned to Marriott International as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments. Michael also handled customer service during a lobby and restaurant renovation. Later, they transitioned into a Group Sales Manager role, collaborating with hotel stakeholders, area sales, and business development teams to increase program closures and revenue.
From 2011 to 2017, Michael joined Room & Board as a Design & Sales Associate. In this leadership role, they exceeded sales goals, customer satisfaction, and spearheaded an initiative that significantly reduced showroom returns.
In 2017, they rejoined Marriott International as a Group and Catering Sales Leader at the Northern Mid America Sales Office. During their time, they led a remote team of 9 group sales managers and successfully negotiated contracts, exceeding sales and revenue goals.
Starting in 2021, Michael worked at Noble House Hotels & Resorts as a Business & Leisure Travel Manager. Michael specialized in managing both business and leisure travel operations.
