Whitney Dumville

Seasonal Ski Instructor at Palisades Tahoe

Whitney Dumville serves as the Mathematics Department Head and Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Incline High School since August 2019, where responsibilities include setting high expectations, personalizing instruction, and creating data tracking systems. With over a decade of teaching experience in various educational settings, Whitney has developed and implemented effective lesson plans across multiple mathematics subjects, fostering student engagement and critical thinking. Additional expertise includes integrating technology into the classroom, maintaining a positive learning culture, and attending professional development conferences such as the Deeper Learning conference. Whitney holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Sierra Nevada College and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and The University of Western Australia. Additionally, Whitney has experience as a seasonal ski instructor with Squaw Valley Ski Holdings.
