Louise Austin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, marketing, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Employee Housing Coordinator and Ski Team Administrator at Palisades Tahoe since October 2019, Louise has coordinated operations for a large group of athletes and coaches. Prior roles include Director of Marketing & Communications at Essex Property Trust, where corporate and community marketing was directed, and various leadership positions in nonprofit organizations focused on marketing, event management, and donor relations. Louise's experience at Visa involved leading consumer credit product initiatives and chip card product development. With a strong foundation in consulting gained from roles at PA Consulting Group and Accenture, and an educational background that includes an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Melbourne, Louise Austin brings a wealth of expertise to any organization.
