Jennifer Scharp has extensive experience in the human resources field. Jennifer began their career at Nordstrom in 1994 as a Human Resources Generalist and worked there until 1996. In 1997, they joined Benchmark Hospitality as an Assistant Human Resources Director, where they stayed until 2004. Scharp then moved on to Vail Resorts and held various positions, including Senior Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2016, and Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, Scharp has been employed at Palisades Tahoe since 2017, initially as a Senior Human Resources Manager and currently as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jennifer Scharp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Dominican University of California. No specific start or end year were provided for their education.
