Anna Hileman is an experienced professional currently serving as a Scrum Master III and Project Manager at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since September 2022. Previously, Anna worked at IBM for eight years as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst, leading agile development teams and utilizing skills in C#, API, .NET development, Oracle PL/SQL, and PeopleSoft. Earlier roles included serving as an ACLC Technician at McNeese State University, where assistance was provided to students and faculty with technology issues, and managing group homes for mentally handicapped individuals at ResCare. Anna began a career in the service industry as a Food Service Worker at L'Auberge Lake Charles. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from McNeese State University, completed in 2014.
