Jason K. has had a diverse work experience in various engineering and maintenance roles. Jason started their career in 1994 with International Malting Co as a Plant Operations/Maintenance Labor Pool worker, where they oversaw malting processes and performed general labor. Jason then worked as an Engineering Technician and later as a Maintenance Engineer at Glue Dots International, where they supported R&D projects, developed custom automated packaging machinery, and managed facility moves and start-up commissioning. Jason then joined Malteurop as a Maintenance Engineer, where they assisted with capital projects, supervised millwrights and electricians, and managed construction. After that, they worked at Palermo's Pizza as a Controls Engineer/Technician, providing site support for process control systems, leading electrical control upgrades, and managing the plant floor network.
