Helen Haglund has extensive experience in operations and project coordination within the hospitality industry. Currently a Global Workplace Operations Lead at Palantir Technologies since 2017, Helen has held various roles including Office Operations Lead and Office Operations Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator for Frantzén Group, where Helen successfully managed the opening of Frantzén's Kitchen in Hong Kong, overseeing all aspects from construction to staffing. As Operations Manager at The Flying Elk, Helen excelled in front-of-house management, emphasizing guest service and staff development. Additionally, Helen worked as a Coordinator and Executive Assistant, contributing to the rapid growth of the Frantzén Group by effectively managing the owner's schedule and fostering communication throughout the organization. Helen graduated from Södertörn University in 2011.
