Stacius Greer has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and project management. Starting in 2012, they worked at Marcomm Systems Group Inc. (MSGI) as Purchase Coordinator & Assistant Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating purchases and assisting in project management. In 2017, they joined Paladin Technologies as an Estimator and later became the Operations Manager for the Ottawa office. As Operations Manager, they provided leadership, direction, and support to the Estimating, Project Management, and Operational teams. Currently, Stacius Greer holds the position of Director Of Operations at Paladin Technologies, overseeing operations for projects, service, and sales departments for Paladin's National Capital and Atlantic regions. Stacius'srole focuses on targeting integrated security, audio-visual, and communication projects, and ensuring client satisfaction while promoting individual integrity and accountability.

Stacius Greer attended the University of Ottawa from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Criminology.
