Alex Moir is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the cinema industry, currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Palace Cinemas since February 2016. In this role, Alex is responsible for driving brand awareness and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns for new releases and special events. Previous positions include NSW Marketing Manager and Groups, Functions & Events Coordinator, where Alex coordinated cinema hires and events across multiple locations. Earlier experience as Assistant Manager at Palace Cinemas Norton Street involved oversight of daily operations, event management, and staff training. Additionally, Alex worked as a Corporate Video Editor from 2010 to 2013, crafting impactful video content for corporate clients. Alex holds a Bachelor of Communication in Public Communication (Advertising) from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2016.
