Maureen Cavanaugh is a seasoned professional in the field of cultural resources and planning, currently serving as a Senior Planner at The Public Archaeology Laboratory, Inc. since 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Cultural Resources at VHB from 2015 to 2018, and extensive tenures at Epsilon Associates from 2001 to 2015, where Maureen held titles of Associate and Senior Consultant. Maureen holds a Master of Urban Affairs from Boston University and a combined Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Nursing from the University of Rochester.
