Armando Ali is a seasoned education professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of PAL Network since August 2021, focusing on improving children's learning through evidence-based assessments and actions. Previously, Armando held the position of Education Officer at UNICEF Moçambique from December 2020 to June 2021 and served as the Regional Manager for East and Southern Africa at PAL Network from April 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating citizen-led assessments, facilitating communication, writing funding proposals, and training master trainers in Accelerated Learning Programs.
