Open is currently a customer support agent at Pakt. Prior to this, they worked as a creator at Imagine Impact, developing, writing, and pitching their television show concept. Open also has experience as a VP of Marketing, working to build the world's first blockchain-powered social network for predictive sports analysis. In addition, Open has worked as a freelance senior copywriter, crafting creative content solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

Open began their educational career by studying Writing for Film and Television at the University of Southern California. They obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the school.
