Saad Zafar is an experienced telecommunications professional with a diverse background in network management and enforcement. Currently serving as Assistant Director Enforcement at Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) since February 2022, Saad previously worked as a PS Core SLM Engineer at Nokia and held various positions at Zong CMPak Ltd, including Executive PS Fault Management and Senior Officer PS Core Operations. Saad's expertise includes administration of Packet Core networks, Next-Generation Networks, and Key Performance Indicator management using Big Data tools. Saad holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Communications) from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Iqra University.
