Shoaib's career in HR began as a Human Resources Officer at Denim International, focusing on internal control audits, followed by a position as Human Resources Assistant at McDonald's Pakistan. Academically, Shoaib holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Karachi University.
