Caroline Duncan

Small Business Administrator Sales Liaison at Paint Place Group of Stores

Caroline Duncan is an experienced policy advisor currently serving at the Office of the Minister for Education and Minister for Youth Justice since December 2023. Duncan has a strong background in small business management, having worked at The Paint Place Group of Stores since 2011 as a Small Business Administrator/Sales/Liaison. Previously, Caroline held a policy advisor position at the QLD Government and volunteered at the Bulimba Electorate Office for Di Farmer MP. Additional experience includes roles in retail sales, internships focused on public health, and volunteer work with organizations such as yourtown and the Leukaemia Foundation of Queensland. Caroline is pursuing a dual degree in Economics and Sociology at Curtin University, building on prior studies in business and youth work.
